2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos and designs, are my exclusive property. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or unauthorized use without my written consent is prohibited.
3. Purchase Terms
3.1 Product Description
The artworks and services offered on the Website are described as accurately as possible. However, since they are handcrafted and unique, there may be slight differences between the images shown and the final product.
3.2 Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are in Euro and include applicable costs. Shipping fees are not included in the prices and will be calculated separately and shown before order confirmation.
3.3 Payments
I accept the following payment methods: Once payment is received, a non-fiscal receipt will be issued, in accordance with regulations for occasional services.
3.4 Order Confirmation
An order is considered accepted only after a confirmation email has been sent. I reserve the right to refuse orders at my discretion, for example, in cases of technical impossibility or unavailability of the artwork.
4. Shipping and Returns
4.1 Shipping
- Artworks are typically shipped within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. However, in certain cases, such as the need for special packaging, shipping via dedicated transportation, or retrieval from a specific location (e.g., if the artwork is exhibited elsewhere), shipping times may be longer.
- In such circumstances, details and estimated shipping times will be communicated to you via mail.
- Delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination. I am not responsible for delays caused by external events beyond my control or the shipping service.
4.2 Return Policy
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork has not been used or damaged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsability of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
- Custom or commisioned artworks are non-refundable.
5. Limitations of Liability
I work as an individual artist and, under the legislation on occasional performances, I am not responsible for:
- Damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
- Site malfunctions or technical errors.
- Any delays or failed deliveries attributable to the courier.
6. Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy , in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). They will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except for shipping or payment purposes.

8. Applicable Law and Competent Court
These Terms are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes, the competent court is that of Montalcino, Siena.
